Missions

In the R&D team, you control industrial projects.
You are in charge of the technical content of the project and, in this context, you define the operating rules of the project allowing the execution of the project in the best conditions.
You supervise and coordinate the operational services (internal and external) to achieve in time all parts of development of the project.
You ensure a regular reporting and control on the progress of the project, the execution of the schedule and budget compliance to your manager and the applicant.
You develop the technical files during the finalization of the project.

Profile

Higher scientific training or engineering school, you are an expert in the definition and projects monitoring (average duration of projects entrusted 6 to 8 months).
You have a professional experience of at least 3 years and have evolved in an industrial environment, ideally oil & gas.
You have a good analytical mind, you are organized, rigorous and autonomous and you like to work in a team.

You are in charge of the technical content of the project and you define and write the detailed technical specifications.
You make different operational services (internal and external) work to realize in time all parts of the project development.
You ensure regular reporting to your manager and the applicant.

Profile:

Higher education in IT science (Bac +4 or +5), you have at least 3 years of experience in IT project management. You have a good analytical mind, you are organized, rigorous and autonomous and you like to work in a team.
Skills
You have knowledge on:
– Languages: C, C #, JAVA, PYTHON, Visual Basic and C ++,
– Systems: LINUX, including embedded Linux and Windows.
Fluency in English is a plus.

Missions

Position attached to the Sales Manager Projects, you have for main missions to:
– Represent Alma – Carbovac with the French, Belgian, Luxembourg and Swiss oil terminals
– Meet regulary the teams of oil terminals in the area (terminals manager, works / maintenance manager, purchasing department)
– Listening to ongoing improvements and projects regarding customer technical improvements
– Realize an initial technical analysis of the request and the type of solution expected
– Make quotes based on customer requests, with the help of the deviser within the project team
– Follow the offers transmitted until ordering
– Inform the Alma Services teams to ensure the commercial coordination
– Realize regular reporting on quotations issued and orders to come
– Participate in commercial shows and / or events
– Participate in budgeting and meeting objectives

Profile:

With a degree in general engineering or equivalent, you have about 2 years of experience in driving and / or selling industrial projects, or you are a young graduate with an important motivation for the commercial development of technical projects.
To carry out this mission, you will have to be able to work in team with the sales managers and the project team, you must have a good relationship and a sense of the technical analysis for the contact with the customers.
As part of the sales team, you will work autonomously with regular trips throughout France – Benelux.
