1980 : Creation of ALMA by Jean-Luc Le Garrec, which enters the Oil & Gas market for the manufacture of metering installations and for the delivery of petroleum products.
1988 : Creation of EIB in Guadeloupe, a flexible hose workshop that is rapidly developing and diversifying towards the installation and maintenance of petroleum fluid transfer systems
1990 : Opening of the first ALMA SERVICES agency “to take care of the maintenance and operation of what is manufactured by Alma or its competitors”, explains Jean-Luc Le Garrec.
1995 : Creation of GRIZZLI, a company specialised in Information Technologiy (on-board software), to optimise its customers’ competitiveness: process improvement, cost control, monitoring compliance with procedures and fraud prevention.
1996 : Creation of EMIR in Reunion Island, which operates in the Indian Ocean area for oil works, from the design to the maintenance of hydrocarbon networks.
2001 : First ISO 9001 certification.
2002 : Accreditation of ALMA Services and its GVA network for legal periodic verification.
2005 : Creation of CARBOVAC with a double expertise: the production of Steam Recovery Units (VRUs) and the maintenance of VRUs for all manufacturers.
2008 : Creation of LUVEBA, a company specialising in the maintenance and modernisation of VRUs and the recovery of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
2015: GRIZZLI opens a subsidiary in Morocco.
2015: Creation of DELIVER UP
2018: Creation of the family holding company ALMA GROUP
